The SBIFF is an annual event that celebrates and showcases the best in independent and international cinema. Founded in 1986, SBIFF has grown into one of the premier film festivals in the world, attracting top talent from around the globe each February. They passionately pursue their mission, which is to engage, enrich, and inspire through the power of film!
SBIFF screens hundreds of films each year in a variety of categories, including feature films, documentaries, shorts, and student films. The festival also hosts a number of special events, including panels with industry professionals, workshops, and red-carpet events.
