This is required by both Haller Coastal Homes and the property owner of the individual home. Thank you!

Guest Related Questions:
Question: What verifications are you running on guests?
Answer: The verifications used vary depending on the unique needs of each business we support. The checks typically involve assessments like ID verification (just like at a hotel), and security deposits.
Question: I already submitted my ID / other verification on [booking source], ie. Airbnb, etc so why am I being asked to submit this information again?
Answer: Since no one will be meeting you at the property to screen ID and credit card, the property owner and Haller Coastal Homes require this Verification be done within 24 hours of booking. The screening process will verify your identity, validate payment method and let us know that there is not any fraud associated with a stolen credit card, etc.
Please know we care about the safety and security of all guests as well as the home you will be staying in. We appreciate your attention and understanding that vacation rentals do not have the ability to screen these items upon check in.
