We are a local, family-owned and operated company with a team of 9 highly experienced property care experts that are in-person at each of our properties daily and weekly and working behind the scenes to increase the success of EVERY home we manage. We are available 24/7 to help both our owners / guests in any way we can.  Guests often comment that we are faster than the front desk at a hotel in resolving issues quickly and efficiently. Charging 10-15% less than most other Santa Barbara vacation rental property management companies, we also do not charge our owners any “onboarding fees” and we provide in-house marketing for each of our listings. At Haller Coastal Homes, we have a heartfelt passion for each and every property we have the privilege to care for. Our commitment to excellence in property management runs deep, and you can trust that we treat every property as if it were a cherished member of our own family.
