Our Story

About Us

"Raising a family here in Santa Barbara was a dream for us and has been such a gift.  Both of us were raised in the small town of Hidden Hills, CA in the 1970's and back then literally grew up on the back of a horse.  Being part of a small town was something we wanted for our children and Santa Barbara was the perfect fit."

Kurt graduated from Brook's Institute in Santa Barbara and went on to film in Hollywood.  From there he created a film company and relocated his film production and motocross company in the early 1990's to Santa Barbara.

Tiffany, a graduate of Pepperdine's Graduate School of Education, was an Elementary School teacher prior to having children and went into real estate sales after she had her daughter.  She has always been involved in property management even prior to getting her real estate license.  In 2015, she obtained her Real Estate Broker's License and consolidated her rental properties under one management company, Haller Coastal Homes.  She was very involved in the local real estate community for 19 years working at Coldwell Banker, Village Properties and Compass before hanging up her license in July 2022 to focus solely on their rental inventory. Having formed amazing relationships with so many local Realtors, she looks forward to helping others find the best agent to assist them in the purchase of investment properties.

Kurt and Tiffany have 2 children that are avid golfers and surfers.  They also have a fur baby Puggle that is the official mascot of Haller Coastal Homes!
