Question: What verifications are you running on guests?
Answer: The verifications used vary depending on the unique needs of each business we support. The checks typically involve assessments like ID verification (just like at a hotel), and security deposits.
Question: I already submitted my ID / other verification on [booking source, ie. Airbnb, etc so why am I being asked to submit this information again?
Answer: Since no one will be meeting you at the property to screen ID and credit card, the property owner and Haller Coastal Homes require this “Pre-Check In” Verification be done prior to arrival. The screening process will verify your identity, validate payment methods and let us know that there is no fraud associated with a stolen credit card, etc.
