About Us
“Raising our family in Santa Barbara has been a dream come true. After growing up together in the small town of Hidden Hills, California in the 1970s—where we literally spent our childhoods on horseback—we knew we wanted that same small-town charm, community feel, and coastal beauty for our kids. Santa Barbara was the perfect place to call home.”
Kurt began his creative journey at the renowned Brooks Institute right here in Santa Barbara, which eventually led him to a successful film career in Hollywood. In the early 1990s, he returned to Santa Barbara to launch a film and motocross production company, bringing his entrepreneurial spirit and visual storytelling to life in our local community.
Tiffany, a graduate of Pepperdine University’s Graduate School of Education, started her professional path as an elementary school teacher before transitioning into real estate. She has been deeply involved in property management for decades, well before earning her real estate license. In 2015, Tiffany became a licensed California Real Estate Broker and unified their growing portfolio of rental homes under the brand Haller Coastal Homes. After nearly two decades with top brokerages like Coldwell Banker, Village Properties, and Compass, she stepped away from traditional real estate in 2022 to focus exclusively on vacation rental management in Santa Barbara. Today, she continues to work closely with local Realtors to help clients identify top agents for investment property purchases.
Together, Kurt and Tiffany have two adult children who surf, golf, and love the Santa Barbara lifestyle as much as they do. They’re also proud pet parents to Bogey, the official Puggle mascot of Haller Coastal Homes—who may or may not think he runs the company!
