My husband and I booked the Modern Sea Escape property - mainly because they allowed dogs. We took both of ours and couldn’t have had a better vacation. This home was extremely comfortable and located in a charming neighborhood. Great location- we were able to walk to the pier and all around the Funk Zone. The kitchen was very well stocked and made cooking a joy. Place had everything we needed. Great communication with the property management company- Haller Coastal Homes Will definitely rent here again. Zero complaints. Two thumbs up!!!!
The property is lovely and beautifully appointed. The beds and linens are very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. We loved sitting in the backyard amongst the fruit and avocado trees. The location is wonderful. While we had a car we walked everywhere for the most part. Communication with the property manager was excellent. I highly recommend the property. If we return to SB we will definitely book here again.
Exceptional property in perfect location to all Santa Barbara has to offer. Our stay exceeded our expectations. Immaculate and well appointed home with plenty of room, and walking distance to just about everything! We could not have chosen a better place. Thank you for a memorable vacation.
We had an amazing stay with our full family of five plus an au pair. Plenty of room and the Murphy bed helped keep all of our kids together. We walked everywhere, played in the backyard and enjoyed the many thoughtful touches that made it especially easy to have small children away from home for two weeks.
