Answer: Guests who wish to have their information removed must send such requests to their service provider / host. The service provider / host can then request this removal by contacting the Guest Ranger Privacy team using this link

Question: What verifications are you running on guests?
Answer: The verifications used vary depending on the unique needs of each business we support. The checks typically involve assessments like ID verification (just like at a hotel), and security deposits.

Question: I already submitted my ID / other verification on [booking source, ie. Airbnb, etc so why am I being asked to submit this information again?
Answer: Since no one will be meeting you at the property to screen ID and credit card, the property owner and Haller Coastal Homes require this “Pre-Check In” Verification be done within 24 hours of booking. The screening process will verify your identity, validate payment method and let us know that there is no fraud associated with a stolen credit card, etc.

Please know we care about the safety and security of all guests as well as the home you will be staying in. We appreciate your attention and understanding that vacation rentals do not have the ability to screen these items upon check in.
